The next chapter for Elite
Elite 4.0 is our programme to strengthen how we plan, collaborate and deliver. We are developing an integrated Odoo business platform, clearer operating processes and a shared foundation for reliable information across Elite Mining and Elite Polyurethane Engineering.
- Connected operations. Bringing procurement, stock, project planning and delivery information into a coordinated workflow.
- Quality built into the process. Developing controls, traceable records and evidence to support our ISO 9001 readiness programme and client quality requirements.
- Management shaping the change. Reviewing requirements, asking questions and refining the way we work before responsibilities and systems are finalised.
