Special Arrangements
These roller and bracket arrangements are designed to eliminate the most common rail/rope problems in the decline shaft. The special designs usually require specially designed rollers to be fitted to the equipment. Bracket and roller are usually supplied as one unit.

Boxed Roller Assembly
This specially designed flat pick up roller is mounted in a box frame which is self supporting and movable. This design would be commonly used between your rail switches to prevent the rope from cutting in to the rails.

Single Sided Deflection Roller
This bracket assembly is predominantly used where rope restriction is of the most utmost importance. A typical installation point would be at the entrance to a landing or a station. The adjustable and removable deflection roller ensures problem free conveyences.

Overhead Mounted Roller
This roller would be mounted on the hanging wall of a shaft where the rope comes in to contact with the ceiling reducing rope damage and increasing personal safety.

Side Wall Mounted Roller
This side wall mounted deflection roller can be used on landings or stations where rope restriction is essential in order to prevent the rope from cutting in to the side wall.
