Standard Brackets

Standard bracket arrangements are user friendly and easy to install.Choosing your bracket depends mostly on your shaft design where a few factors will be your determine your choice of bracket. Please see our guidelines on choosing your rollers and brackets.

Angle Bracket

This strong bracket is widely used for it’s easy installation and ease of movability. The bracket is clamped to the foot of the rail. This bracket suits both the SP and STD rollers and can be manufactured to fit all rail gauges.

Adjustable Angle Bracket

This patented adjustable bracket is commonly used in shafts with greater than 612 rail gauges for  its versatile and economic roller usage. The inner cage can be shifted by 300mm to accommodate ropes which do not run in the centre of the rails, Shorter rollers can thus be used.

Channel Bracket

This bracket is used in shafts where the roller height is not critical. The bracket is rail mounted and can be fitted with an optional splash shield which prevents silt from damaging the roller. Both the SP and STD rollers can be fitted in to this bracket.

Channel Bracket

Lowered Channel Bracket

This bracket is fitted under the rails and is used in shafts where the roller height is crytical. It allows all types of low loaders to pass over the roller without removing it.

Flat based Drop-In Bracket - Sill Mounted

This bracket is mounted to the floor of the shaft and the roller is dropped in from the top, it does not have the additional safety features of the above brackets. This bracket is commonly used in shafts with low rail usage.

Sill Mounted

Flat based Drop-In Bracket - Rail Mounted

This bracket is the same as the above but in stead of mounted to the floor it is mounted on the rails.
